Factory Tour Walk-Thru

- Frame floor. Prewire, preplumb and insulation.

- Finish floor deck and rolled goods applied.

- We do make our own cabinets at the factory.

- Kitchen cabinets with countertop and faucet ready to install.

- All of the interior and exterior walls are built on premises as well.

- Walls are installed. Next step is the roof.

- The roof is built with a roof jig and insulatation added.The roof is built with a roof jig and insulatation added.

- Then the roof is set.

- This is called the “tunnel”. It is where the seams are mudded. The ceiling is textured and painted.

- The drywall is put on and mud the seams.

- Vinyl railing and posts attached. Hardiboard ceiling installed.

- Install all exterior insulation. Sheathing applied.

- The house is wrapped.

- Shingles are added at this step

- Siding installed.

- Paint trim. Put in appliances and furniture if purchased.
